Spare Parts for the PFT G4

PFT's own operating manual lists the TWISTER D6-3 as the G4's standard pump: about 20 l/min at 400 rpm, up to 30 bar, grain up to 3 mm. The G4 takes D-pumps on the D suction flange and R-pumps on the R-pump suction flange. These pumps from our range are suitable for the G4:

• D6-3 and PFT Twister D6-3: the standard size, the Twister is the genuine PFT version.
• D6-3 "Drill": 89 mm stator, 73 Shore. The standard size for plaster.
• D7-2.5: for materials up to 5 mm grain.
• D8-2: 34 l/min at 400 rpm, grain up to 3 mm.
• D8-1.5: 38 l/min at 400 rpm, grain up to 3 mm, with integrated adjustable clamp.
• R7-1.5: 114.3 mm stator, 60 l/min at 400 rpm, grain up to 7 mm. For screed. Needs the R-pump suction flange.
• SD 6-3 Slimline Soft: for the 230 V version of the G4.

The G4 takes every D-series rotor stator. The D6-3 is the most common plaster pump. The D8-1.5 gives higher output at less pressure, and the R7-1.5 is for screed. All D pumps rotate to the right (clockwise).

Buy the rotor and stator as a set, or just the part that is worn. Not sure which size suits your material? Tell us what you pump and we'll recommend one.

• Pump end: the pressure flange with 1 1/4" thread, the silver suction flange for D-pumps and the suction flange for R-pumps.
• Mixing: the 520 mm helical blade mixing shaft, the BIONIK mixing shaft (clockwise), the driver claw with catching funnel in 25 mm and 30 mm, the driving claw for the G4 Bionics, and the mixing tube cleaner with its cleaning shaft.
• Hopper: the protection grille.
• Water: water flow meters 150-1500 l/h and 100-1000 l/h, the 1/2" needle valve for fine water adjustment, the 3/4" low-pressure reducer valve, the 1/2" 42 V solenoid valve and the FF4-4 pressure switch.
• Compressed air: the K2 compressor, its air filter, cylinder head and membrane.

On a mixing pump, the parts that wear fastest touch the material: the stator and rotor, the mixing shaft, the driver claw and the mixing tube cleaner. How fast depends on the material. Coarse, abrasive plasters and screeds wear them much faster than fine products. The water flow meter is a common replacement part too. If your G4 runs every day, a spare stator and a mixing shaft on the van can save a day on site.

The PFT G 4 XL is PFT's entry-level mixing pump for ready-mixed dry mortar. It runs on 400 V three-phase with a 5.5 kW pump motor. On request it comes with a switchable frequency converter (FU) for 230 and 400 V. The hopper holds 150 l, or 200 l with the extension. You can fill it by hand from bags or mount it under a silo or container with the PFT delivery hood. With the standard pump, PFT gives a conveying distance of up to 30 m with a 25 mm hose and up to 50 m with a 35 mm hose, depending on material, height and pump condition.

The G4 has been built in several generations. The parts on this page fit the G4 with D- or R-pump. If your machine is a newer version, send us the serial number and we'll check.
