Putzmeister MP 25 Spare Parts

The MP 25 takes every D-series rotor stator. All D pumps share the same flange and rotate to the right (clockwise). Putzmeister's own lists call the standard pump of the MP 25 Mixit "D6" with the "Ø 6-2L" stator: that is our D5-2.5.

• D4-1/2 and D4-1/4: lower output, for fine products and precise work.
• D5-2.5: the MP 25 standard pump (Putzmeister "D6").
• D6-3: the most common plaster pump, also as "Drill", ECO and PFT Twister versions.
• D8-2, D7-2.5: in between.
• D8-1.5: higher output, less pressure.

The UE 45/7 does not fit the MP 25. Buy the rotor and stator as a set, or just the part that is worn. Not sure which size suits your material? Tell us what you pump and we'll recommend one.

• Mixing: the original mixing spiral (Putzmeister 211773003, the same number in both MP 25 parts lists), the MP 25 double spiral, the mixing tube cleaner 245 mm and the armoured cleaning shaft 460 mm.
• Pump end: the driver claw (Putzmeister 209069004 on the MP 25 Mixit, 663987 on the 48 V version), the pressure flange with manometer, the silver pressure flange for D pumps with 1 1/4" thread and the pressure/compression flange with tension anchors.
• Compressed air: the Delta2 compressor 200 l/min, 400 V, 50 Hz, the compressor repair kit, and original single parts: housing (493532), orifice (493527), pressure connection (493534), connecting rod (446292) and safety valve (214722006).
• Water: the flow meter 300-1100 l/h (205945009).
• Electrics and controls: the double push button (460025), the three-phase contactor 11 kW, 42 V for the MP 25 Mixit, the pin insert for the connection cable (419555) and the bush insert 6P 16A (419551).
• Chassis: the wheel with brake, 250 x 70 x 290 mm.

On a mixing pump, the parts that wear fastest touch the material: the stator and rotor, the mixing spiral and the driver claw. The compressor membrane is a wear part too, and it is in the repair kit. How fast they wear depends on the material. Coarse, abrasive plasters wear them much faster than fine products. If your MP 25 runs every day, a spare stator, a mixing spiral and a compressor repair kit on the van can save a day on site.

The Putzmeister MP 25 mixes dry mortar for interior and exterior work: gypsum, lime, cementitious adhesive and reinforcement mortar, fed from the bag or from a silo. The MP 25 Mixit has a 5.5 kW, 400 V drive, a 115 l hopper, a 200 l/min compressor and an M 35 pressure connection, and weighs 240 kg. Putzmeister built it in two control versions, the MP 25 Mixit and the later MP 25 with 48 V control, each with its own parts list.
