POLY Air Compressor, 400 V / 50 Hz
Oil-Free Diaphragm Compressor for Plastering Machines
The POLY is an oil-free diaphragm compressor with 250 l/min intake volume and a maximum operating pressure of 5.5 bar. It supplies the spraying air on plastering machines and mixing pumps and runs on 400 V / 50 Hz.
It comes complete with connections: power cable with plug, motor protection switch and hose coupling. Connect your air hose, plug in, switch on.

Operation
Connect your air consumer to the hose coupling. Plug the compressor into a suitable, earthed socket with residual current protection. Engage the motor protection switch, then switch on with the green "I" button and off with the red "0" button.
The pressure relief valve is set to about 4 bar at the factory. Turn it clockwise to raise the pressure and anticlockwise to lower it. Connected equipment must be rated for at least 6 bar.
The compressor has no zero-voltage release. After a power cut it starts again by itself.
Maintenance
Routine maintenance is limited to the two filter elements. Press the latch on each drawer, pull the drawer out, replace a used or clogged filter and push the drawer back in until it locks.
A diaphragm change should be done by a qualified technician. The diaphragm screws are tightened to at least 6 Nm and secured with threadlocker. The same applies to the screws of the upper valve plates.

- Ambient temperature: -10 °C to +40 °C in continuous operation, up to +50 °C in short-term operation
- Use only with connected equipment, never with open hoses or pipes
- Do not draw in harmful, corrosive, flammable or explosive gases
- Not for breathing air
- Housing and handle can get hot after longer use
- Not waterproof: clean with a damp cloth, never with a pressure washer or water jet
