Putzmeister SP 11 Spare Parts

Which pump your SP 11 takes depends on its version. The 2L6 (101 mm stator) is the standard pump in Putzmeister's parts lists for the SP 11 Beliso and on the SP 11 TMR and LMR. The SP 11 TMR offers the stronger 2L75 as an option. For the SP 11 THF, Putzmeister lists the 2L74 and the 2L75.

• 2L6: the standard pump of the SP 11 Beliso, TMR and LMR. Rotor (Putzmeister 211814001), stator (211355007) and the complete clamping jacket (010433007).
• 2L75: the stronger option. Rotor (500516) and stator with clamping jacket (487262).
• 2L88: listed by Putzmeister for the SP 11 LMR.
• 2L74: listed by Putzmeister for the SP 11 THF. Rotor (212506004) and stator (213018009).

Check the rotor head before you order. The SP 11 parts lists show the 2L6 rotor with slot. Our standard 2L6 rotor has a drill hole, and slotted versions are available. Not sure which pump fits your SP 11 version? Send us the designation on your stator and we'll check.

• Worm pump: the 2L6 rotor (211814001), stator (211355007) and complete clamping jacket (010433007), the 2L75 rotor (500516) and stator with clamping jacket (487262), and the O-ring 106 x 3 (017276005) for the pressure connection.
• Pump drive: the flexible coupling GN-128-0, which replaces the flexible disc ø129 LK 90 (206516000) on the cardan shaft, the rubber disc 140 x 46 x 8 (084013000, two per drive) and the grease nipple AM10x1 DIN 71412 (003549005).
• Hose connection: the seal ring 67 x 51 x 6 mm (213266000), which Putzmeister lists as the seal ring for the MT50 coupling.
• Diesel engine (SP 11 Beliso, 15 kW): the oil filter (208989004), the fuel pre-filter (211233006), the fuel pump 12 V DC (209554001), the starter 1.4 kW 12 V (211220006), the generator 12 V 40 A (209674004) and the linear solenoid (214560006).
• Mixer bearing: the bush 40.7 x 64.5 x 40 mm (202791007) for the support flange of the SP 11 Beliso BMT.

On a worm pump, the parts that wear fastest touch the material: the stator and the rotor. How fast they wear depends on the material. Coarse, abrasive plasters and mortars wear them much faster than fine products. The diesel engine needs its service parts on time too: Putzmeister's SP 11 service packages for 50, 200 and 400 hours include the oil filter and the fuel pre-filter. If your SP 11 runs every day, a spare stator, a rotor and a set of filters on the van can save a day on site.

The Putzmeister SP 11 is a road-going worm pump with a mixer for site mixes and bagged material: interior and exterior plaster, lime-cement and base plaster, lightweight masonry mortar, fireproofing mortar, liquid screed, and backfilling and grouting work. Putzmeister has built it in many versions. The older SP 11 Beliso machines (BMT, BMB and others) have a 15 kW diesel drive. The SP 11 TMR has a four-cylinder Kubota diesel with 22.7 kW, a 180 l mixer, a 220 l hopper, up to 75 l/min output at 35 bar, and pumps up to 70 m far or 50 m high, according to Putzmeister.
