Rotor Stator Sets for Plaster and Screed Pumps

• D4-1/2 and D4-1/4: lower output, for fine products and precise work.
• D5-2.5: the pump Putzmeister lists as "D6" with the "Ø 6-2L" stator, standard on the MP 25 Mixit. Also as ECO.
• D6-3: the most common plaster pump. Also as D6-3 "Drill", ECO and PFT Twister D6-3.
• D7-2.5 and D8-2: in between.
• D8-1.5, also sold as D5 Short: higher output, less pressure.
• UE 45/7: for flowing screed and high volumes.
• 2L6: the stator is always 101.6 mm.

All D-series pumps share the same flange and rotate to the right (clockwise).

• m-tec Duo Mix 2000: every D-series rotor stator, the UE 45/7 and the R7-1.5. D4, UE 45/7 and R7-1.5 need an m-tec change flange (numbers on the machine page).
• Ülzener Putzknecht S48: every D-series rotor stator and the UE 45/7, with the larger suction flange 048.03.825.
• Putzmeister MP 25: every D-series rotor stator, standard D5-2.5. The UE 45/7 does not fit.
• PFT G4: every D-series rotor stator (standard PFT Twister D6-3) and the R7-1.5 with the R-pump suction flange.
• Putzmeister SP 11: 2L6 as standard. Putzmeister also lists the 2L75, 2L88 and 2L74, depending on the version.
• Putzmeister S5: 2L6 as standard, the 2L74 on the S 5 EF.

A rotor stator only fits if all of these match your machine:

• Designation: start from the pump in your machine, for example D6-3, 2L6 or R7-1.5, and match it completely.
• Stator diameter: must fit the machine. Browse by diameter: <89, 89, 101, 114, 127, 146, 159, 193 mm.
• Rotor head and connection: must fit the drive. Two pumps with similar output are not interchangeable if the rotor heads differ.
• Direction of rotation: right or left, depending on the machine.
• Output and grain size: models differ widely in output, and the maximum grain of your material must suit the pump.
• Shore hardness: stator rubber hardness is given in Shore A. A lower number means softer rubber. Abrasive mixes suit softer rubber, smooth materials harder rubber. Harder rubber builds more pressure.

• Maintenance-free stators need no retensioning. Once installed, the pump is ready to run. A common choice for flowing screed.
• Adjustable (clampable) stators can be retensioned when the pressure drops. This compensates part of the wear and keeps the pump at pressure for longer. They come with an integrated clamp, or as a slotted stator in an external clamping jacket.

Which design suits you depends on the pump model, the machine and the material.
