Putzmeister S5 Spare Parts

The standard pump of the S5 is the 2L6. Putzmeister's parts list for the S5 EV, EV/CM and EV/TM names worm pump 2L6 with rotor 201111002 and the yellow stator 211355007, held in the 2L6 clamping jacket 010433007. Our Rotor 2L6 and Stator 2L6 replace these numbers, and the 2L6 Rotor Stator Set combines them.

• 2L6: the S5 standard pump. 101.6 x 535 mm stator. On the S5 7-40 l/min, 25 bar, grain up to 6 mm.
• 2L74 / 60-12: the pump of the S 5 EF with 130 l hopper (rotor 212506004, stator 213018009), 127 x 665 mm stator. It needs the EF's pressure connection L6-L7 and cardan shaft 2L74.

• Pump end: the clamping jacket 2L6 (010433007), the pressure connection D4-L6 (202189004) with its plain compression ring 67x51x6 (213266000), the intermediate ring D4-L6 (207683000) and the O-ring 106x3 (017276005).
• Drive: the cardan shaft L6 (207268001), the V-belt 37x955 (204399009), the regulating pulley R210B (209267000) with spring washer F210B (209268009), the hollow driven shaft D30/D50 (201960004) and the adjusting shim A50 (204885005).
• Hopper: the rubber disc 140x46x8 of the hopper seal (084013000) and the tapered grease nipple AM10x1 (003549005).

On a worm pump, the parts that wear fastest touch the material: the stator and the rotor. The seals at the pump end wear with them, the plain compression ring in the pressure connection and the O-ring, and the stator needs its clamping jacket to seal properly. The V-belt of the drive and the rubber disc of the hopper seal are wear parts too. How fast they wear depends on the material. Coarse, abrasive mortars and fire-protection plasters wear them much faster than fine plasters. If your S5 runs every day, a spare stator, a set of pump-end seals and a V-belt on the van can save a day on site.

The Putzmeister S5 is a worm pump with a 5.5 kW, 400 V drive and a 100 l hopper. It pumps and sprays wet mortar up to 6 mm grain: lime, lime-cement and insulating plasters, fire-protection mortar, masonry, adhesive and renovation mortar, sealing slurry, injection and grouting mortar, and glass-fibre concrete. Output is set steplessly with a hand wheel, up to 25 bar, and Putzmeister gives conveying distances of up to 60 m horizontal and 40 m high. The pressure connection is M 50. The S 5 EV weighs 190 kg. The S 5 EVTM adds an 80 l pan mixer with its own 2.2 kW drive (400 kg).
