The Megastar Stator is a premium-quality stator designed for use with the Megastar progressive cavity pump (rotor stator pump). Manufactured in Germany, it delivers outstanding conveying performance, stable pressure build-up, and long service life for demanding mortar, grout, concrete, and industrial pumping applications.

With a diameter of 101 mm and a length of 535 mm, the stator is designed for use with the matching Megastar rotor. The 73 Shore rubber compound provides excellent sealing characteristics, high wear resistance, and dependable pumping performance when conveying abrasive materials with a maximum grain size of 5 mm.

At 400 / 200 RPM, the stator delivers an approximate flow rate of 56 / 28 l/min and is designed for operating pressures of up to 30 bar, making it suitable for demanding high-pressure pumping applications.

The stator features a maintenance-free design with two anti-twist devices, ensuring secure positioning, easy installation, and reliable operation. It is supplied in white as standard.

For optimum pumping performance, pressure build-up, and maximum service life, we recommend replacing the rotor and stator together as a complete Megastar Rotor Stator Set.
