The D4-1/2 Rotor Stator Set is a compact progressive cavity pump for professional plastering, mortar, and material pumping applications requiring a controlled, relatively low material output.
With a flow rate of 8 l/min at 400 RPM and 4 l/min at 200 RPM, the D4-1/2 is particularly suitable for applications where precise and controlled material delivery is more important than maximum conveying capacity.
The set combines a rotor manufactured from high-alloy tool steel with a 73 Shore stator. Two different stator configurations are available: a grey stator with integrated clamp or a green maintenance-free stator.

Two Stator Options
The D4-1/2 is available with two different stator configurations.
Grey Stator with Integrated Clamp
The grey D4-1/2 stator features an integrated clamp.
This version allows the stator tension to be manually adjusted when required, without the need for a separate external clamp.
Green Maintenance-Free Stator
The green D4-1/2 stator is supplied as a maintenance-free version.
This option does not require manual tension adjustment during normal operation and provides a straightforward, ready-to-use pump configuration.
Both stator versions are designed for use with the matching D4-1/2 rotor.

Depending on the application, the D4-1/2 can be selected with either an integrated adjustable clamp or a maintenance-free stator.
This provides flexibility when choosing the pump configuration for the respective application.
