The R7-1.5 Rotor Stator Set is a powerful progressive cavity pump designed for demanding screed, shotcrete, mortar, and material pumping applications.
With a delivery rate of 60 l/min at 400 RPM, a maximum grain size of 7 mm, and a robust rotor manufactured from high-alloy tool steel, the R7-1.5 is particularly suitable for applications requiring high material output and reliable continuous operation.
The R7-1.5 is available with several stator configurations. The standard version features a grooved stator for use with an external clamp, while maintenance-free and integrated clamp versions are also available.
The pump is compatible with several widely used PFT machines, including the PFT G4, PFT Ritmo XL, PFT Swing L, and PFT ZP.

Three Stator Configurations
The R7-1.5 is available in different stator designs depending on the required application and pump configuration.
1. Grooved Stator – Standard Version
The standard R7-1.5 features a grooved stator designed for use with an external clamp system.
This version allows the stator tension to be adjusted using the external clamp.
The standard grooved stator is supplied in brown.
2. Maintenance-Free Stator
A maintenance-free R7-1.5 stator without the grooved external-clamp design is also available.
This version does not require manual tension adjustment during normal operation.
3. Integrated Clamp Stator
The R7-1.5 is also available with an integrated clamp.
This design combines the stator and adjustment system in one component and eliminates the need for a separate external clamp.

The R7-1.5 stator uses a 73 Shore rubber compound and has a diameter of 114.3 mm and a length of 270 mm.
Adjustable Pump Tension
With the standard grooved version, an external clamp allows the stator tension to be adjusted.
Correct adjustment can be used to adapt the pump to the required operating conditions and compensate for wear during the service life of the stator.
Avoid excessive tightening, as unnecessary stator tension increases friction and can accelerate wear.
Flexible Stator Selection
With grooved, maintenance-free, and integrated clamp versions available, the R7-1.5 can be configured according to the machine and application requirements.
