The UE 45/7 Rotor Stator Set, also known as Ü45/7, is a powerful progressive cavity pump used for screed, shotcrete, refractory materials, tundish applications, and compatible concrete mixes.
The UE 45/7 is particularly popular for machines such as the m-tec Duo Mix and Ülzener Putzknecht. It can also be used with other compatible material pumps and plastering machines, provided that the machine is equipped with the correct pressure flange for the 127 mm stator diameter.
With a flow rate of 66 l/min at 400 RPM, a maximum grain size of 8 mm, and two available stator rubber hardnesses, the UE 45/7 is a versatile pump for demanding construction and refractory applications.
The complete set consists of a high-alloy tool steel rotor with a slotted head and a stator with an integrated adjustable clamp.

Important: Check the Pressure Flange
The UE 45/7 stator has a diameter of 127 mm, making it considerably wider than regular D-series stators such as the D6-3.
Before installing the UE 45/7, make sure that your machine has a pressure flange suitable for the 127 mm stator diameter.

Two Stator Variations
The UE 45/7 stator is available with two different rubber hardnesses:
Green UE 45/7 – 60 Shore
The green stator uses a softer rubber compound with a hardness of 60 Shore.
Yellow UE 45/7 – 70 Shore
The yellow stator uses a harder rubber compound with a hardness of 70 Shore.
Please select the correct UE 45/7 set according to the stator hardness required for your application.

The UE 45/7 provides:

Up to 8 mm Grain Size
The pump is suitable for compatible materials with a maximum grain size of 8 mm, allowing it to handle coarser materials than conventional plastering pumps.
High-Alloy Tool Steel Rotor
The rotor is manufactured from high-alloy tool steel and features a slotted rotor head.
Integrated Adjustable Clamp
The UE 45/7 stator features an integrated clamp. The stator can therefore be adjusted without the need for a separate external clamp.
As the rotor and stator wear during operation, the integrated clamp allows the stator tension to be adjusted when required.
Compact but Wide Pump Design
At 270 mm long, the UE 45/7 stator is relatively compact. However, its 127 mm diameter is significantly larger than conventional D-series stators.
This combination makes checking the machine's pressure flange particularly important before installation.
