The 2L75 Stator is a premium-quality stator designed for use with the 2L75 progressive cavity pump (rotor stator pump). Manufactured in Germany, it delivers reliable conveying performance, stable pressure build-up, and long service life for demanding mortar, concrete, screed, and industrial pumping applications.
With a diameter of 127 mm and a length of 665 mm, the stator is designed for use with the matching 2L75 rotor. The 56 Shore rubber compound provides excellent sealing, reliable pumping performance, and high wear resistance when conveying abrasive materials with a maximum grain size of 10 mm.
At 400 / 200 RPM, the stator delivers an approximate flow rate of 380 / 190 l/min, making it suitable for high-output pumping applications.
The stator features an integrated clamp for secure installation and easy adjustment. It is supplied in grey (RAL 7000 Grey, Gloss Level 70) and is manufactured to precise dimensions for dependable long-term performance.
