The D5-2.5 Rotor is the matching rotor for the D5-2.5 Screw Pump / Rotor Stator Set, designed for professional plastering applications.
Made in Germany, the rotor is manufactured from high-alloy tool steel for high wear resistance in demanding pumping applications.
The D5-2.5 rotor is designed to operate with the matching D5-2.5 Stator. Together, rotor and stator form the progressive cavity pump responsible for continuously conveying the plaster or mortar through the machine.
For optimum pump performance, we recommend replacing rotor and stator together with the complete D5-2.5 Rotor Stator Set.

The D5-2.5 rotor is manufactured from high-alloy tool steel, providing the wear resistance required for professional screw pump applications.
During operation, the rotor turns inside the elastomer stator, creating sealed pumping chambers that continuously move the material through the pump.
Matching D5-2.5 Stator
The matching pump component is the D5-2.5 Stator.
The stator has a diameter of 89 mm, a length of 270 mm, and a rubber hardness of 73 Shore.
For the best possible matching between the two wear components, we recommend purchasing the complete D5-2.5 Rotor Stator Set rather than combining a new rotor with an already worn stator.
