The D6-2 Stator is a premium-quality stator designed for use with the D6-2 progressive cavity pump (rotor stator pump). Manufactured in Germany, it provides reliable conveying performance, stable pressure build-up, and long service life for demanding mortar, plaster, grout, and construction applications.
With a diameter of 89 mm and a length of 200 mm, the stator is designed for use with the matching D6-2 rotor. The 73 Shore rubber compound provides excellent sealing characteristics, high wear resistance, and dependable pumping performance when conveying materials with a maximum grain size of 2 mm.
At 400 / 200 RPM, the stator delivers an approximate flow rate of 20 / 10 l/min, making it ideal for plastering, grouting, and fine mortar applications where precise pressure and consistent material flow are required.
Precision-manufactured to tight tolerances, the D6-2 stator ensures optimum sealing between the rotor and stator, resulting in efficient pressure generation, reduced wear, and long service life.
