The 1L6 Rotor Stator Set is a compact progressive cavity pump for professional mortar and construction material pumping applications.
With a flow rate of 44 l/min at 400 RPM, a maximum grain size of 8 mm, and a compact stator length of just 265 mm, the 1L6 combines relatively high material capacity with short overall dimensions.
The complete set combines a rotor manufactured from high-alloy tool steel with a yellow 56 Shore stator featuring a slotted design.

Compact Pump Design
With a stator length of only 265 mm, the 1L6 is considerably shorter than many larger L-series rotor stator pumps.
Despite its compact dimensions, the pump provides:
- 44 l/min at 400 RPM
- 22 l/min at 200 RPM
This combination makes the 1L6 suitable for applications where a compact screw pump with substantial conveying capacity is required.
Slotted Stator
The matching 1L6 stator is manufactured with a 56 Shore rubber compound.
The stator is yellow and features a slotted design.
It measures 101 mm in diameter and 265 mm in length and is designed for use with the matching 1L6 rotor.
