The 2L74 Rotor Stator Set, also known as the 60-12 Rotor Stator Set or Fighter, is a high-output progressive cavity pump for professional mortar, screed, and material conveying applications.
With a flow rate of 270 l/min at 400 RPM, a maximum grain size of 10 mm, and a large 127 × 665 mm stator, the 2L74 is designed for applications requiring substantial material throughput.
The complete set combines a rotor manufactured from high-alloy tool steel with a 56 Shore blue stator. Two stator configurations are available: a maintenance-free version and a version with an integrated adjustable clamp.
The standard rotor head features a drill hole. Alternative rotor head configurations, such as a slotted head, are available on request.

Two Stator Configurations
The 2L74 / 60-12 is available with two different stator designs.
Maintenance-Free Stator
The maintenance-free version is designed for straightforward operation without manual adjustment of the stator tension during normal use.
Integrated Clamp Stator
Alternatively, the 2L74 is available with an integrated clamp.
This configuration allows the stator tension to be manually adjusted when required. The integrated design eliminates the need for a separate external clamp.
When adjusting the stator, excessive tension should be avoided, as over-tightening increases friction and can reduce the service life of the rotor and stator.
Both stator configurations are blue.

The 2L74 rotor is manufactured from high-alloy tool steel.

The standard 2L74 rotor features a rotor head with a drill hole.
Alternative Rotor Heads
