Made in Germany, the complete set consists of a D6-2 rotor made from high-alloy tool steel and the matching orange D6-2 stator with 73 Shore rubber hardness.

The maintenance-free stator is supplied with pre-set tension and is ready for installation without additional adjustment.

Compact D6-2 Design

With a stator length of only 200 mm, the D6-2 is considerably shorter than many other common D-pump configurations while retaining the standard 89 mm diameter.

Its compact construction makes the D6-2 particularly suitable for plastering applications where a short and efficient rotor stator pump configuration is required.

Maintenance-Free & Ready-to-Go

The D6-2 stator is supplied as a maintenance-free, pre-tensioned version.

No manual adjustment of the stator tension is required before operation. Once the rotor stator set is correctly installed, the pump is ready for use.

This simplifies installation and eliminates the need for external stator adjustment during normal operation.

Uniform Stator Design

The cylindrical design and uniform stator geometry help provide consistent contact between rotor and stator.

The 73 Shore rubber compound and uniform wall construction are designed to support stable operating conditions and controlled heat development during pumping.

This is particularly important because excessive friction and operating temperature can accelerate wear of the stator rubber.

Pressure-Stable Pumping

The matched rotor and stator geometry creates the sealed pumping chambers required for progressive cavity pump operation.

High-Alloy Tool Steel Rotor

The D6-2 rotor is manufactured from high-alloy tool steel with a high chromium carbide content.

The solid rotor is through-hardened to provide high wear resistance for demanding professional pumping applications.

For optimum performance, rotor and stator are supplied together as a matched D6-2 Rotor Stator Set.
