The D8-1.5 Rotor Stator Set, also known as the D5 Short with integrated clamp, is a high-output progressive cavity pump for professional plastering, mortar, and screed applications.

With a flow rate of 38 l/min at 400 RPM, a maximum grain size of 3 mm, and an integrated adjustable clamp, the D8-1.5 combines substantial material output with the ability to manually adjust stator tension.

The stator has a diameter of 89 mm, a length of 270 mm, and a rubber hardness of 63 Shore. Integrated clamp versions are available in green or brown.

The rotor is available in cast iron or high-alloy tool steel. Unless otherwise specified, our standard D8-1.5 set is supplied with a cast iron rotor and integrated clamp stator.

Integrated Clamp System

The D8-1.5 stator features an integrated clamp, allowing the stator tension to be adjusted manually using the clamping screws.

This allows experienced operators to adapt the pump configuration according to operating conditions and compensate for wear during the service life of the stator.

The integrated design eliminates the need for a separate external clamp.

Care should be taken not to over-tighten the stator. Excessive tension increases friction and can reduce the service life of the rotor and stator.

The matching D8-1.5 stator has a 63 Shore rubber hardness, a diameter of 89 mm, and a length of 270 mm.

Compact D5 Short Format

The D8-1.5 is also known as the D5 Short with integrated clamp, combining the compact D-series dimensions with an adjustable stator design.
