The 3L7 Rotor is a premium-quality rotor designed for use with the 3L7 progressive cavity pump (rotor stator pump). Manufactured in Germany from high alloy tool steel, it offers exceptional wear resistance, precise fitment, and reliable conveying performance for demanding mortar, screed, grout, concrete, and industrial pumping applications.
The rotor is available with two different head designs:
- Slotted rotor head
- Slotted rotor head with drill hole
This allows the rotor to be matched to different machine configurations and drive systems. It is designed to operate with the matching 3L7 stator, forming a durable and highly efficient rotor stator unit.
Manufactured from hardened high alloy tool steel, the rotor delivers excellent durability and long service life while maintaining reliable conveying performance, even when pumping abrasive construction materials.
For optimum pumping efficiency, pressure build-up, and maximum service life, we recommend replacing the rotor and stator together as a complete 3L7 Rotor Stator Set.
