The 3L7 Stator is a premium-quality stator designed for use with the 3L7 progressive cavity pump (rotor stator pump). Manufactured in Germany, it delivers reliable conveying performance, stable pressure build-up, and long service life for demanding mortar, screed, grout, concrete, and industrial pumping applications.
With a diameter of 101.6 mm and a length of 535 mm, the stator is designed for use with the matching 3L7 rotor. The 56 Shore rubber compound provides excellent sealing characteristics, high wear resistance, and dependable pumping performance when conveying abrasive materials with a maximum grain size of 8 mm.
At 400 / 200 RPM, the stator delivers an approximate flow rate of 62 / 31 l/min, making it ideal for a wide range of construction material pumping applications.
The stator features a maintenance-free design, eliminating the need for external clamping while ensuring quick installation and long service life. It is supplied in RAL 1007 Yellow as standard.
For optimum pumping performance, pressure build-up, and maximum service life, we recommend replacing the rotor and stator together as a complete 3L7 Rotor Stator Set.
