The Stator 4N13HP is a maintenance-free stator designed for professional plastering machines, mortar pumps, and progressive cavity pumping systems. Engineered for reliable conveying performance, it works in combination with the corresponding 4N13HP rotor to ensure smooth, continuous, and pressure-stable transport of construction materials.
As the stationary component of a progressive cavity pump, the stator forms sealed conveying chambers together with the rotor, enabling the efficient pumping of plaster, mortar, fillers, adhesives, grouts, and other construction materials. The maintenance-free design reduces service requirements while ensuring consistent performance under demanding operating conditions.
Manufactured with a steel tube diameter of Ø 51.5 mm and a length of 415 mm, the stator is equipped with a durable SBR elastomer lining with a hardness of 63 Shore. The high-quality rubber compound provides excellent wear resistance, reliable sealing characteristics, and long service life. The stator is finished in green for easy identification.
