The Betonstar 2 Stator is a premium-quality stator designed for the Betonstar 2 progressive cavity pump (rotor stator pump). It is also commonly known as the Betonstar II Stator or Magnum Stator. Manufactured in Germany, it delivers outstanding durability, reliable pressure build-up, and consistent pumping performance for demanding concrete and mortar applications.

With a diameter of 146 mm and a length of 500 mm, the stator is designed to operate with the matching Betonstar 2 rotor. Its 60 Shore rubber compound provides excellent sealing characteristics and high wear resistance while pumping abrasive materials with a maximum grain size of 9 mm.

At 400 / 200 RPM, the stator achieves an approximate flow rate of 186 / 93 l/min and is designed for operating pressures of up to 20 bar.

The stator features an integrated clamp and two anti-twist devices (20 × 15 × 35 mm), ensuring secure positioning, easy installation, and reliable operation under demanding jobsite conditions. The standard stator colour is black.

For optimum pumping performance, maximum pressure build-up, and extended service life, we recommend replacing the rotor and stator together as a complete Betonstar 2 Rotor Stator Set.
