The Estrichstar Stator is a premium-quality stator designed for use with the Estrichstar progressive cavity pump (rotor stator pump). Manufactured in Germany, it delivers reliable conveying performance, stable pressure build-up, and long service life for demanding screed, mortar, and construction applications.
With a diameter of 146 mm and a length of 500 mm, the stator is designed for use with the matching Estrichstar rotor. The 56 Shore rubber compound provides excellent sealing characteristics, high wear resistance, and reliable pumping performance when conveying abrasive materials with a maximum grain size of 8 mm.
At 400 / 200 RPM, the stator provides an approximate flow rate of 250 / 125 l/min, making it ideal for high-performance material conveying applications.
The stator features an integrated clamp and two anti-twist devices, ensuring secure installation, reliable positioning, and simple maintenance. The standard stator colour is white.
