Pressure Flange with 1 1/4" Thread for PFT G4
The Pressure Flange for PFT G4 is installed directly underneath the rotor stator pump and forms the connection between the PFT G4 plastering machine and the mortar hose.
The pressure flange is securely fastened underneath the rotor stator. A tight connection between the rotor stator and pressure flange is essential to prevent leakage and allow the pump system to build up the required operating pressure.
This version features a 1 1/4" thread and is supplied with the double-threaded pipe already installed and included.

Installation & Function
The pressure flange is positioned underneath the rotor stator and securely screwed into place.
The connection between the rotor stator and pressure flange must be properly sealed and tightened. A secure connection is necessary for the pump system to generate and maintain the required material pressure.
On the outlet side, the pressure flange provides the connection from the plastering machine to the mortar hose and material conveying system.
