The 1L6 Stator is a premium-quality stator designed for use with the 1L6 progressive cavity pump (rotor stator pump). Manufactured in Germany, it delivers reliable conveying performance, stable pressure build-up, and long service life for demanding mortar, plaster, grout, screed, and construction applications.
With a diameter of 101 mm and a length of 265 mm, the stator is designed for use with the matching 1L6 rotor. The 56 Shore rubber compound provides excellent sealing characteristics, high wear resistance, and dependable pumping performance when conveying abrasive materials with a maximum grain size of 8 mm.
At 400 / 200 RPM, the stator delivers an approximate flow rate of 44 / 22 l/min, making it ideal for lower-output pumping applications requiring consistent material flow and pressure.
The stator features a slotted design and is supplied in yellow, providing secure clamping and reliable operation.
For optimum pumping performance, pressure build-up, and maximum service life, we recommend replacing the rotor and stator together as a complete 1L6 Rotor Stator Set.
