The 2L6 Triple Plus (+++) Stator is a premium-quality stator designed for use with the 2L6 Triple Plus progressive cavity pump (rotor stator pump). Manufactured in Germany, it provides reliable conveying performance, excellent pressure build-up, and long service life for demanding mortar, grout, screed, and construction applications.
With a diameter of 101.6 mm and a length of 535 mm, the stator is designed for use with the matching 2L6 Triple Plus rotor. The 63 Shore rubber compound ensures excellent sealing characteristics, high wear resistance, and dependable pumping performance when conveying abrasive materials with a maximum grain size of 8 mm.
At 400 / 200 RPM, the stator delivers an approximate flow rate of 120 / 60 l/min, making it ideal for a wide range of medium- to high-output pumping applications.
The stator features an integrated clamp, allowing for quick installation, secure positioning, and easy maintenance while ensuring reliable operation under demanding jobsite conditions.
