The 2L3 Stator is a premium-quality stator designed for use with the 2L3 progressive cavity pump (rotor stator pump). Manufactured in Germany, it delivers reliable conveying performance, stable pressure build-up, and long service life for demanding mortar, plaster, grout, and construction applications.
With a diameter of 60 mm and a length of 260 mm, the stator is designed for use with the matching 2L3 rotor. The 73 Shore rubber compound provides excellent sealing characteristics, high wear resistance, and dependable pumping performance when conveying materials with a maximum grain size of 5 mm.
At 400 / 200 RPM, the stator delivers an approximate flow rate of 14 / 7 l/min, making it ideal for precision pumping applications requiring accurate material delivery and consistent pressure.
Precision-manufactured to tight tolerances, the 2L3 stator ensures optimum sealing between the rotor and stator, resulting in efficient pressure generation, reduced wear, and long service life.
