The 75.15 Stator is a high-quality stator designed for use with the 75.15 progressive cavity pump (rotor stator pump). It is also commonly referred to as 75-15, 1.5L7, or Tornado. Manufactured in Germany, it delivers reliable conveying performance, consistent pressure build-up, and long service life for demanding construction and industrial applications.
With a diameter of 159 mm and a length of 550 mm, the stator is designed for use with the matching 75.15 rotor. The 63 Shore rubber compound provides excellent sealing, high wear resistance, and reliable pumping performance when conveying abrasive materials with a maximum grain size of 8 mm.
At 400 / 200 RPM, the stator delivers an approximate flow rate of 400 / 200 l/min, making it suitable for high-output pumping applications.
The 75.15 Stator is available in three different versions:
- Premium Stator – Orange, maintenance-free design with one anti-twist device
- Standard Stator – White, maintenance-free design with one anti-twist device (25 × 12 × 45 mm)
- Integrated Clamp Stator – Orange, with integrated clamp design
