The D8-2 Rotor Stator Set is a high-output progressive cavity pump designed for professional plastering and rendering applications, particularly groove-grated renders, smooth-grated renders, and special renders.

With a flow rate of 34 l/min at 400 RPM, a maximum grain size of 3 mm, and a 73 Shore stator, the D8-2 provides a high material output for a wide range of plaster, render, loam, and floor leveling materials.

The D8-2 is available with either a maintenance-free stator or a stator with an integrated adjustable clamp. The matching rotor is manufactured from high-alloy tool steel and features a slotted design.

The D8-2 can be used with compatible versions of popular plastering machines including the PFT G4, PFT Ritmo XL, and PFT Swing L.

Two Stator Configurations

The D8-2 is available with two different stator designs.

Maintenance-Free Stator

The maintenance-free D8-2 stator is supplied with a preset tension and does not require manual tension adjustment during normal operation.

This provides a straightforward, ready-to-use pump configuration.

Integrated Clamp Stator

The D8-2 is also available with an integrated clamp.

This version allows the stator tension to be manually adjusted when required, without the need for a separate external clamp.
