The 2L6 Stator is the matching stator for the popular 2L6 screw pump / progressive cavity pump. It is available in three different designs to suit different applications and operating preferences:
- 2L6 Stator with slits
- 2L6 maintenance-free Stator
- 2L6 Stator with integrated clamp
All three stator versions have the same dimensions and are compatible with the 2L6 Rotor.
With a flow rate of up to 65 l/min at 400 RPM and a maximum grain size of 8 mm, the 2L6 is a versatile rotor stator pump used for conveying materials such as mortar, screed, grout, cement, and refractory material.
The 2L6 is used with various construction machines, including the Putzmeister S5 and Putzmeister SP11.

Three Stator Designs
The 2L6 is available in three different configurations, allowing you to select the stator design that best suits your application.
2L6 with Integrated Clamp
The version with an integrated clamp allows the stator tightness to be adjusted directly by tightening the integrated screws. No additional external clamp is required.
As the rotor and stator naturally wear during operation, pump performance may gradually decrease. The integrated clamp allows the stator to be carefully tightened to compensate for this wear.
Important: After adjusting the integrated clamp, allow the pump sufficient time to respond. It can take up to two minutes before the increase in material pressure becomes noticeable at the nozzle. Avoid immediately tightening the screws further, as excessive tightening can reduce the service life of the stator.
Maintenance-Free 2L6
The maintenance-free version is designed for straightforward operation without the need to manually adjust stator tension.
2L6 with Slits
The 2L6 is also available in a slotted stator design, providing a third configuration while maintaining the same dimensions and compatibility with the standard 2L6 rotor.
