The D7-2.5 Stator is a premium-quality stator designed for use with the D7-2.5 progressive cavity pump (rotor stator pump). Manufactured in Germany, it provides reliable conveying performance, excellent pressure build-up, and long service life for demanding mortar, plaster, grout, and construction applications.

With a diameter of 89 mm and a length of 270 mm, the stator is designed for use with the matching D7-2.5 rotor. The 63 Shore rubber compound ensures excellent sealing properties, high wear resistance, and dependable pumping performance when conveying abrasive materials with a maximum grain size of 5 mm.

At 400 / 200 RPM, the stator delivers an approximate flow rate of 25 / 12 l/min, making it ideal for precision pumping applications requiring consistent pressure and smooth material flow.

The D7-2.5 stator is available in white or blue. Unless otherwise specified, the D7-2.5 Rotor Stator Set is supplied with the white stator as standard.

For optimum pumping performance, pressure build-up, and maximum service life, we recommend replacing the rotor and stator together as a complete D7-2.5 Rotor Stator Set.
