The D8-1.5 Stator with Integrated Clamp is a premium-quality stator designed for use with the D8-1.5 progressive cavity pump (rotor stator pump). Manufactured in Germany, it delivers reliable conveying performance, excellent pressure build-up, and long service life for demanding mortar, plaster, grout, screed, and construction applications.
With a diameter of 89 mm and a length of 270 mm, the stator is designed for use with the matching D8-1.5 rotor. The 63 Shore rubber compound provides excellent sealing, high wear resistance, and dependable pumping performance when conveying materials with a maximum grain size of 3 mm.
At 400 / 200 RPM, the stator delivers an approximate flow rate of 38 / 19 l/min, making it ideal for a wide range of plastering and fine mortar applications.
