The D8-2 Rotor is the matching replacement rotor for the D8-2 screw pump, a high-output progressive cavity pump used for groove-grated, smooth-grated, and special renders.
Manufactured in Germany from high-alloy tool steel, the D8-2 rotor features a slotted rotor design and is designed for use with the matching D8-2 Stator.
For a complete pump replacement, we recommend the D8-2 Rotor Stator Set, combining the matching rotor and stator as a complete screw pump.

The D8-2 Rotor is designed for use with the matching D8-2 Stator.
The D8-2 pump configuration features:

- Flow rate: 34 l/min at 400 RPM
- Flow rate: 17 l/min at 200 RPM
- Maximum grain size: 3 mm
The D8-2 stator is available in different configurations, including a version with an integrated clamp and a maintenance-free version.
Complete D8-2 Rotor Stator Set
When both pump components are worn, we recommend replacing the rotor and stator together with the complete D8-2 Rotor Stator Set.
The complete set combines the high-alloy tool steel rotor with slotted design and the matching D8-2 stator.
