What machines work with the 2L6 screw pump?
Various machines work with this very popular rotor stator model. The 2L6 pumps different materials and is used for machines such as the S5 or the SP11. It conveys different materials, such as mortar, screed, grout, cement or refractory material.
Stator 2L6 with integrated clamp
This variation of the 2L6 rotor stator pump has an adjustable stator. The clamping between the rotor and the stator can be increased by tightening the screws. The advantage of this version is that no additional external clamp is necessary. If you notice a decrease in your pump's performance caused by the natural deterioration of the rotor and stator, you can tighten the screws of the integrated clamp.
NOTE: Be patient with the integrated clamp on the 2L6 Stator. Don't expect an immediate change in performance after adjusting the clamp. It can take up to two minutes to recognize that the material is coming out of the nozzle with more pressure. So don't immediately tighten the screws further again because of you do you decrease the stators lifetime.
