The 2L6 +++ Rotor Stator Set, also known as the 2L6 Triple Plus, is a high-output progressive cavity pump designed for demanding pumping applications in plastering, mortar, screed, and construction machinery.
The key advantage of the 2L6 Triple Plus is its significantly higher flow rate. It has the same dimensions as the standard 2L6 Rotor Stator Set and can be used for similar applications, but provides nearly twice the output.
At 400 RPM, the 2L6 +++ achieves a flow rate of 120 l/min, compared with the lower output of the standard 2L6. At 200 RPM, the Triple Plus delivers 60 l/min. This makes it an excellent choice when higher material output is required without moving to a larger rotor stator size.
The set consists of a high-alloy tool steel rotor and a 63 Shore stator with integrated clamp. The standard rotor version is supplied with a slit and drill hole. Alternative rotor versions are also available on request.
