The 3L7 Rotor Stator Set is a professional progressive cavity pump designed for mortar, screed, and material conveying applications.
With a flow rate of 62 l/min at 400 RPM, a maximum grain size of 8 mm, and a stator length of 535 mm, the 3L7 provides substantial material output for demanding construction applications.
The set combines a high-alloy tool steel rotor with a 56 Shore maintenance-free stator. The stator is supplied in RAL 1007 yellow and features one 25 × 12 × 30 mm anti-twist device.
Two rotor head configurations are available: with a slit or with a slit and drill hole.

Maintenance-Free Stator
The 3L7 stator features a maintenance-free design that does not require manual tension adjustment during normal operation.
It is equipped with one 25 × 12 × 30 mm anti-twist device, helping secure the stator against rotation during pump operation.
The stator is easily identifiable by its RAL 1007 yellow color.
Two Rotor Head Variations
The 3L7 rotor is manufactured from high-alloy tool steel and is available with two different head configurations:
Rotor with Slit
The first version features a slotted rotor head.
Rotor with Slit and Drill Hole
The second version features a slit combined with a drill hole.
The required rotor head configuration should be selected according to the machine and drive connection.
