The Putzmeister S5 (S 5 EV, EVTM) is a worm pump for pumpable wet mortar, plaster and render up to 6 mm grain. Here you find its spare and wear parts: the 2L6 rotor and stator (Putzmeister 201111002 and 211355007), the 2L6 clamping jacket, the pressure connection D4-L6 with its seals, the cardan shaft, V-belt and drive parts, and parts for the mixing tube and the pan mixer. Most small parts are original Putzmeister parts, and the product page shows the Putzmeister number, so you can check it against your machine's parts list.

Rotor stators for the Putzmeister S5

The standard pump of the S5 is the 2L6. Putzmeister's parts list for the S5 EV, EV/CM and EV/TM names worm pump 2L6 with rotor 201111002 and the yellow stator 211355007, held in the 2L6 clamping jacket 010433007. Our Rotor 2L6 and Stator 2L6 replace these numbers, and the 2L6 Rotor Stator Set combines them.

2L6: the S5 standard pump. 101.6 x 535 mm stator. On the S5 7-40 l/min, 25 bar, grain up to 6 mm.
2L74 / 60-12: the pump of the S 5 EF with 130 l hopper (rotor 212506004, stator 213018009), 127 x 665 mm stator. It needs the EF's pressure connection L6-L7 and cardan shaft 2L74.

Spare parts for every assembly of the S5

Pump end: the clamping jacket 2L6 (010433007), the pressure connection D4-L6 (202189004) with its plain compression ring 67x51x6 (213266000), the intermediate ring D4-L6 (207683000) and the O-ring 106x3 (017276005).
Drive: the cardan shaft L6 (207268001), the V-belt 37x955 (204399009), the regulating pulley R210B (209267000) with spring washer F210B (209268009), the hollow driven shaft D30/D50 (201960004) and the adjusting shim A50 (204885005).
Hopper: the rubber disc 140x46x8 of the hopper seal (084013000) and the tapered grease nipple AM10x1 (003549005).
S5 EV/CM with mixing tube: the mixing chamber 765x220 (071617008), the mixing paddle (207888009) and the thrust ring of the mixer drive (070943003).
S5 EV/TM with pan mixer: the flap parts: wear plate (206820000), vertical tightener (068527004) with insert (206846000), rubber plate 5x72x222 (207280005), rubber buffers (066396004), traction springs (066527006) and dowel pins (038265008).
S 5 EF: the flexible disc of the cardan shaft 2L74 (010103007) and the adapter V50-M35 (213217004).
Controls: the double push button (460025).

Wear parts to keep in stock

On a worm pump, the parts that wear fastest touch the material: the stator and the rotor. The seals at the pump end wear with them, the plain compression ring in the pressure connection and the O-ring, and the stator needs its clamping jacket to seal properly. The V-belt of the drive and the rubber disc of the hopper seal are wear parts too. How fast they wear depends on the material. Coarse, abrasive mortars and fire-protection plasters wear them much faster than fine plasters. If your S5 runs every day, a spare stator, a set of pump-end seals and a V-belt on the van can save a day on site.

About the Putzmeister S5

The Putzmeister S5 is a worm pump with a 5.5 kW, 400 V drive and a 100 l hopper. It pumps and sprays wet mortar up to 6 mm grain: lime, lime-cement and insulating plasters, fire-protection mortar, masonry, adhesive and renovation mortar, sealing slurry, injection and grouting mortar, and glass-fibre concrete. Output is set steplessly with a hand wheel, up to 25 bar, and Putzmeister gives conveying distances of up to 60 m horizontal and 40 m high. The pressure connection is M 50. The S 5 EV weighs 190 kg. The S 5 EVTM adds an 80 l pan mixer with its own 2.2 kW drive (400 kg). Putzmeister also built the S5 EV/CM with a mixing tube and the S 5 EF with a 130 l hopper and the larger 2L74 pump, each with its own parts list. Which rotor stator fits the Putzmeister S5?

How do I find the right part number for my S5?

The Putzmeister number is in the spare parts list for your machine version and often on the part itself. The type plate gives the article number: 111452010 is the S5 EV, 111452020 the EV/CM, 111452030 the EV/TM and 111635090 the S 5 EF. If you can't find the number, send us the article and machine number and a photo of the old part, and we'll identify it.

Do you ship S5 parts outside Germany?

Are these original Putzmeister parts?

Most small parts are. The pump-end seals, the clamping jacket, the cardan shaft, the drive parts and the pan mixer and mixing tube parts are original Putzmeister parts, and their product pages show the Putzmeister number. Our rotors and stators are replacements made in Germany for the Putzmeister numbers. If a product page does not say "original Putzmeister", ask us.

What is the difference between the S 5 EV, EVTM, EV/CM and EF?

The S 5 EV is the base worm pump with a 100 l hopper and the 2L6 pump. The EVTM (EV/TM) adds a pan mixer, the EV/CM a mixing tube, each with its own mixing parts. The S 5 EF has a 130 l hopper and the larger 2L74 pump with its own pressure connection and cardan shaft. Pump, drive and hopper parts differ between the 2L6 and 2L74 versions, so check your article number before you order.
