The m-tec Duo Mix 2000 is a mixing pump for all pumpable dry mortars, plasters and screeds up to 4 mm grain. Here you find its spare and wear parts: every D-series rotor stator and the UE 45/7, the mixing tube, mixing coils and shafts, conveyor screws, the pump end piece, water fittings and the electrical parts down to the MCU control unit. Most m-tec parts carry the original m-tec part number, so you can check them against your machine's parts list.

Rotor stators for the m-tec Duo Mix 2000

The Duo Mix 2000 leaves the factory with the m-tec Star pump, good for about 22 l/min. It also takes every D-series rotor stator and the UE 45/7. The pump sits at the end of the mixing coil and decides the output and the material you can convey.

D4-1/2 and D4-1/4: lower output, for fine products and precise work.
D6-3: the most common plaster pump, also as "Drill", ECO and PFT Twister versions.
D8-2, D7-2.5: in between.
D8-1.5: higher output, less pressure.
UE 45/7: for flowing screed and high volumes.

Depending on the pump, the machine covers roughly 5-60 l/min. Two things to know before you switch size: D4 stators need the m-tec change flange 608529, the UE 45/7 needs the replacement flange 608554 and the pump end piece 606725, and the R7-1.5 needs flange 608555 and pump end piece 607725. Spare parts for every assembly of the Duo Mix 2000

Mixing: the long mixing pipe (m-tec 605028), the short mixing pipe with rubber seals (608572) and its seal set (608549), the mixing shaft with coil (608505/001), the pump mixing coil Intensive II (607042), the PU mixing shaft bearing (545061/001) and the bearing sleeve (608587).
Pump end: conveyor screws pitch 50 and 90 with closed lamellae (605096, 605098), the pump end piece with M35 coupling and connecting rod (606016), the transfer chamber (608569) and the hose pressure manometer (607014).
Motor: motor coupling (601168), fan cover and fan hood (560133, 605162).
Water: flow meter 160-1600 l/h (561268), fine regulating valve (546693), solenoid valve 24V DC (601040), pressure monitor 2.2 bar (607054), manometers 0-4 and 0-16 bar, the sieve chamber plug for the pressure reducer (561207), hose clamps and the dirt trap.
Compressed air: the V-MEKO 400 compressor and the pressure switch.
Electrics and controls: MCU control unit, dual push button with signal lamp (574033), push button (574045), film potentiometer 10 k and holder (565593, 608544), m-tec sensor (605248), magnetic switch with cable (565658), connecting cable for the air pressure controller (608079), circuit breaker B16A (570011), PE terminal (548249), main switch, socket and the control cabinet key.
Tools: the turning tool from the machine's scope of supply (550255).

Many of these parts are shared with the earlier duo-mix and the duo-mix-SI. The numbers in brackets are the m-tec ordering numbers from the official parts list.

Wear parts to keep in stock

On a mixing pump, the parts that wear fastest touch the material: the stator and rotor, mixing coils and shafts, the conveyor screw and the seals. How fast depends on the material. Coarse, abrasive plasters and screeds wear them much faster than fine products. If your Duo Mix 2000 runs every day, a spare stator, a mixing coil and a set of seals on the van can save a day on site.

About the m-tec Duo Mix 2000

The m-tec Duo Mix 2000 mixes in two stages: the dry material is fed into standing water rather than sprayed, which gives an even mix even with difficult products. It handles plaster, render, bricklaying and adhesive mortar, insulating plaster and flowing screed, and can be converted into a continuous mixer with the long mixing tube or into a mortar pump for paste materials. Which rotor stator fits the m-tec Duo Mix 2000?

The standard pump is the m-tec Star. The machine also takes every D-series rotor stator, the UE 45/7 and the R7-1.5. D4 stators need the change flange 608529; the UE 45/7 needs the replacement flange 608554 and pump end piece 606725; the R7-1.5 needs flange 608555 and pump end piece 607725. The D6-3 is the most common plaster pump. The D8-1.5 gives higher output at less pressure; for flowing screed and high volumes, choose the UE 45/7.

How do I find the right part number for my Duo Mix 2000?

The m-tec part number is in the spare parts list of your operating manual and often on the part itself. If you can't find it, send us the machine's serial number and a photo of the old part, and we'll identify it.

Do you ship Duo Mix parts outside Germany?

Are these original m-tec parts?

The machine parts are mostly original m-tec spare parts, and each product page shows the m-tec part number. The rotor stators are our own or compatible pumps. Each product page says which.

Can the Duo Mix 2000 be used as a continuous mixer?

Yes. With the long Duo Mix mixing tube (m-tec 605028), it works as a continuous mixer for dry mortar, hand plaster and earth-moist concrete or screed.
