The Putzmeister MP 25 (MP25) is a mixing pump for dry mortar, plaster and render up to 4 mm grain. Here you find its spare and wear parts: the original mixing spiral (Putzmeister 211773003), the driver claw, pressure flanges, the Delta compressor with its repair kit and single parts, the water flow meter, wheels, cleaning tools and control parts. Where a part is an original Putzmeister part, the product page shows the Putzmeister number, so you can check it against your machine's parts list.

Rotor stators for the Putzmeister MP 25

The MP 25 takes every D-series rotor stator. All D pumps share the same flange and rotate to the right (clockwise). Putzmeister's own lists call the standard pump of the MP 25 Mixit "D6" with the "Ø 6-2L" stator: that is our D5-2.5.

  • D4-1/2 and D4-1/4: lower output, for fine products and precise work.
  • D5-2.5: the MP 25 standard pump (Putzmeister "D6").
  • D6-3: the most common plaster pump, also as "Drill", ECO and PFT Twister versions.
  • D8-2, D7-2.5: in between.
  • D8-1.5: higher output, less pressure.

The UE 45/7 does not fit the MP 25. Buy the rotor and stator as a set, or just the part that is worn. Not sure which size suits your material? Tell us what you pump and we'll recommend one.

Spare parts for every assembly of the MP 25

  • Mixing: the original mixing spiral (Putzmeister 211773003, the same number in both MP 25 parts lists), the MP 25 double spiral, the mixing tube cleaner 245 mm and the armoured cleaning shaft 460 mm.
  • Pump end: the driver claw (Putzmeister 209069004 on the MP 25 Mixit, 663987 on the 48 V version), the pressure flange with manometer, the silver pressure flange for D pumps with 1 1/4" thread and the pressure/compression flange with tension anchors.
  • Compressed air: the Delta2 compressor 200 l/min, 400 V, 50 Hz, the compressor repair kit, and original single parts: housing (493532), orifice (493527), pressure connection (493534), connecting rod (446292) and safety valve (214722006).
  • Water: the flow meter 300-1100 l/h (205945009).
  • Electrics and controls: the double push button (460025), the three-phase contactor 11 kW, 42 V for the MP 25 Mixit, the pin insert for the connection cable (419555) and the bush insert 6P 16A (419551).
  • Chassis: the wheel with brake, 250 x 70 x 290 mm.

The numbers in brackets are Putzmeister ordering numbers from the official MP 25 parts lists.

Wear parts to keep in stock

On a mixing pump, the parts that wear fastest touch the material: the stator and rotor, the mixing spiral and the driver claw. The compressor membrane is a wear part too, and it is in the repair kit. How fast they wear depends on the material. Coarse, abrasive plasters wear them much faster than fine products. If your MP 25 runs every day, a spare stator, a mixing spiral and a compressor repair kit on the van can save a day on site.

About the Putzmeister MP 25

The Putzmeister MP 25 mixes dry mortar for interior and exterior work: gypsum, lime, cementitious adhesive and reinforcement mortar, fed from the bag or from a silo. The MP 25 Mixit has a 5.5 kW, 400 V drive, a 115 l hopper, a 200 l/min compressor and an M 35 pressure connection, and weighs 240 kg. Putzmeister built it in two control versions, the MP 25 Mixit and the later MP 25 with 48 V control, each with its own parts list. Frequently Asked Questions About Putzmeister MP 25 Spare Parts

Which rotor stator fits the Putzmeister MP 25?

Every D-series rotor stator. Putzmeister's "D6" with the "Ø 6-2L" stator is our D5-2.5, the standard pump of the MP 25 Mixit. The D6-3 is the most common plaster pump, and the D8-1.5 gives higher output at less pressure. All D pumps share the same flange and rotate to the right. The UE 45/7 does not fit the MP 25.

How do I find the right part number for my MP 25?

The Putzmeister number is in the spare parts list for your machine version and often on the part itself. The MP 25 Mixit and the MP 25 with 48 V control have separate parts lists. If you can't find the number, send us the article and machine number from the type plate and a photo of the old part, and we'll identify it.

Do you ship MP 25 parts outside Germany?

Yes. We ship from Berlin across Europe and internationally.

Are these original Putzmeister parts?

Some are. The mixing spiral, the compressor single parts, the safety valve and the flow meter are original Putzmeister parts, and their product pages show the Putzmeister number. The others are replacement parts for the MP 25. If a product page does not say "original Putzmeister", ask us.

What is the difference between the MP 25 Mixit and the MP 25 with 48 V control?

The control voltage. The MP 25 Mixit parts list shows 42 V contactors and relays, the later version 48 V. The mixing spiral 211773003 is the same on both, but electrical and control parts differ, so check the voltage on your machine before you order them.
