The Ülzener Putzknecht S48 is a mixing pump for all machine-applicable dry mortars, ready-mixed plasters and flowing screed. Here you find its spare and wear parts: mixing shafts, the conveying worm, pump flanges and tension anchors, the UE 45/7 pump for screed, the Handy K2 compressor, water fittings, wheels and electrical parts. Where we have the Ülzener part number, the product page shows it, so you can check it against your machine's parts list.

Rotor stators and flanges for the Putzknecht S48

The S48.3 leaves the factory with the UE 4 silver pump. The S48 also takes every D-series rotor stator and the UE 45/7. The pump sits at the end of the mixing shaft and decides the output and the material you can convey.

  • D4-1/2 and D4-1/4: lower output, for fine products and precise work.
  • D6-3: the most common plaster pump, also as "Drill", ECO and PFT Twister versions.
  • D8-2, D7-2.5: in between.
  • D8-1.5: higher output, less pressure.
  • UE 45/7: for flowing screed and high volumes.

The UE 45/7 needs the larger UE 45/7 suction flange (Ülzener 048.03.825). With it, the S48 pumps up to 50 l/min. Buy the rotor and stator as a set, or just the part that is worn. Not sure which size suits your material? Tell us what you pump and we'll recommend one.

Spare parts for every assembly of the Putzknecht S48

  • Mixing: the standard "Super" mixing shaft (Ülzener 048.03.012, sold as mixing spiral VR 8 / S 48, 550 mm), and mixing shafts for scratch render and insulating plaster.
  • Material feed: the standard conveying worm (048.02.005), the driver claw 25 or 30 mm (30 mm: 048.03.004) and the driving bush.
  • Pump end: the pressure flange for D pumps, the pressure flange with tension anchors MT 35, the tension anchor set M16 x 400 mm and the UE 45/7 suction flange (048.03.825).
  • Water: flow meters 150-1500 l/h and 160-1600 l/h.
  • Compressed air: the Handy K2 compressor, its air filter and cylinder head.
  • Electrics: the pole reverse switch and the 42 V control transformer.
  • Chassis: the wheel with brake and the guide rollers with and without brake.
  • Cleaning: the cleaning shaft (048.08.012) and the mixing tube cleaner (048.08.011).
  • Silo feeding: the complete injection hood (102.05.001.1) for pneumatic feeding.

The numbers in brackets are Ülzener part numbers from the official S48.3 and S48 easy parts list. Older S48 machines share most parts, but check the number on yours.

Wear parts to keep in stock

On a mixing pump, the parts that wear fastest touch the material: the stator and rotor, the mixing shaft and the conveying worm. How fast depends on the material. Coarse, abrasive plasters and screeds wear them much faster than fine products. If your S48 runs every day, a spare stator, a mixing shaft and a driver claw on the van can save a day on site.

About the Ülzener Putzknecht S48

The Putzknecht S48 has been built for more than 30 years, and the S48.3 and S48 easy are its current versions. It mixes and pumps plaster, render, adhesive and reinforcing mortar, insulating plaster and flowing screed, with a grain size of up to 8 mm depending on the pump. A 5.5 kW pump motor and a 1.1 kW feed screw motor run on 400 V/50 Hz. It delivers 5-30 l/min for plaster and up to 50 l/min for flowing screed, at up to 30 bar and up to 40 m conveying distance. It needs at least 3 bar water pressure. Spray air comes from a Handy K2 compressor with pressure switch. The pump outlet has an SKM 35 coupling with a mortar pressure gauge. With the injection hood, the S48 can be fed automatically from a silo. In size and function it is close to the PFT G4 and the Putzmeister MP 25. Which rotor stator fits the Ülzener Putzknecht S48?

The S48.3 comes with the UE 4 silver pump. The machine also takes every D-series rotor stator and the UE 45/7. The UE 45/7 needs the larger suction flange 048.03.825. The D6-3 is the most common plaster pump. The D8-1.5 gives higher output at less pressure; for flowing screed and high volumes, choose the UE 45/7.

How do I find the right part number for my S48?

Ülzener part numbers for the S48 start with 048, for example 048.02.005 for the conveying worm. You find them in the spare parts list of your operating manual. The S48, S48.3 and S48 easy differ in some assemblies, so tell us which one you have. If you can't find the number, send us the serial number and a photo of the old part, and we'll identify it.
