The m-tec connect duo-mix 3DCP+ is built for materials that are difficult to mix and must leave the machine in the same quality, hour after hour. That is exactly what 3D concrete printing needs. It processes material with a grain size of up to 4 mm.
Compared with the standard duo-mix, it has a more powerful motor and a longer mixing section. More mixing energy goes into the material and the mixing volume is larger, so more material can be fed into the process.
Built to be controlled
- Frequency converter as standard: powerful start-up and infinitely variable output, adjusted to your material.
- Fully automatic feeding with sensors and a digital flow meter with water control.
- External control via RJ45 Ethernet and OPC-UA, for M2M control and monitoring from the printer or site system.
- Two modes: use it as a mixing pump or as a continuous mixer.
- Clearly structured controls and the m-tec quick-locking system.
Scope of delivery
In the standard version: mixing pump with extended mixing tube, large pumping range, powerful motors and control with frequency converter.
Accessories: mortar hoses, transfer hoods, filter hoods, optional mortar pressure and temperature sensors.
