Complete Pressure Flange Set for D-Pumps – MP25 & MSX
The Pressure / Compression Flange with Tension Anchors is a complete mounting assembly for connecting a D-type rotor stator pump to compatible plastering machines and mixing pumps such as the Putzmeister MP25 and m-tec MSX.
The complete set includes the pressure flange, two tension anchors, and a double-threaded pipe. It is designed for applications where the complete pump mounting assembly needs to be replaced rather than individual components.
The pressure flange features a 1 1/4" thread, with the double-threaded pipe already installed.

Installation
The two tension anchors are attached to the machine, with the D-type rotor stator positioned between them.
The pressure flange is then mounted underneath the rotor stator and secured using the tension anchors. The complete assembly holds the rotor stator firmly between the machine and the pressure flange.
The mortar hose is connected to the outlet side of the pressure flange via the corresponding connection.
A correctly installed and tightly sealed connection between the rotor stator and pressure flange is important for maintaining the required pumping pressure.
