The 1.5L71 Stator is a high-quality stator designed for use with the 1.5L71 progressive cavity pump (rotor stator pump). Manufactured in Germany, it delivers reliable conveying performance, stable pressure build-up, and long service life for demanding construction and industrial applications.
With a diameter of 146 mm and a length of 535 mm, the stator is designed for use with the matching 1.5L71 rotor. The 56 Shore rubber compound provides excellent sealing characteristics, reliable pumping performance, and high wear resistance while conveying abrasive materials with a maximum grain size of 10 mm.
At 400 / 200 RPM, the stator provides an approximate flow rate of 230 / 115 l/min, making it suitable for a wide range of mortar, grout, and concrete pumping applications.
The stator features an integrated clamp for quick installation and secure adjustment during operation. It is supplied in blue as standard.
