The 2L8 Stator is the matching stator for the 2L8 screw pump / progressive cavity pump. With an exceptionally high flow rate of up to 560 l/min at 400 RPM, the 2L8 is designed for demanding, high-volume material pumping applications.
The stator has a large 193 mm diameter, a length of 655 mm, and a rubber hardness of 63 Shore. It is suitable for materials with a maximum grain size of 16 mm.
The standard 2L8 stator is supplied in white and features an integrated clamp, allowing the stator tightness to be adjusted as required.
An alternative orange version is also available, known as the 2L8 Long Life.
Manufactured in Germany, the 2L8 stator is designed to work with the matching 2L8 Rotor. For optimum compatibility and pump performance, we recommend purchasing the complete 2L8 Rotor Stator Set.

The 2L8 provides an exceptionally high material delivery rate of 560 l/min at 400 RPM and 280 l/min at 200 RPM, making it suitable for high-volume pumping applications.

For Materials up to 16 mm Grain Size
With a maximum permissible grain size of 16 mm, the 2L8 is designed for pumping compatible materials with significantly larger aggregate sizes than conventional smaller rotor stator pumps.
Standard and Long Life Versions
The standard 2L8 stator is white. An alternative orange 2L8 Long Life version is also available.
