The 4 N13 Stator is a premium-quality stator designed for use with the 4 N13 progressive cavity pump (rotor stator pump). Manufactured in Germany, it provides reliable conveying performance, stable pressure build-up, and long service life for precision pumping applications involving fine mortars, grouts, adhesives, and other fine materials.
With a diameter of 51 mm and a length of 410 mm, the stator is designed for use with the matching 4 N13 rotor. The 80 Shore rubber compound provides excellent sealing characteristics, exceptional wear resistance, and dependable pumping performance when conveying materials with a maximum grain size of 2 mm.
At 400 / 200 RPM, the stator delivers an approximate flow rate of 7 / 3 l/min, making it ideal for applications that require accurate material dosing and consistent pressure.
Precision-manufactured to tight tolerances, the 4 N13 stator ensures optimum sealing between the rotor and stator, resulting in efficient pressure generation, reduced wear, and long service life.
