The D4-1/4 Stator is a premium-quality stator designed for use with the D4-1/4 progressive cavity pump (rotor stator pump). Manufactured in Germany, it delivers reliable conveying performance, precise pressure build-up, and long service life for fine mortar, grouting, injection, and other low-output pumping applications.

With a diameter of 89 mm and a length of 270 mm, the stator is designed for use with the matching D4-1/4 rotor. The 73 Shore rubber compound provides excellent sealing characteristics, high wear resistance, and dependable pumping performance when conveying materials with a maximum grain size of 2 mm.

At 400 / 200 RPM, the stator delivers an approximate flow rate of 8 / 4 l/min, making it ideal for applications requiring precise and controlled material delivery.

Available Stator Versions

The D4-1/4 stator is available in two versions:

• Black with an integrated clamp
• Blue in a maintenance-free design
