D5-2.5 Stator for Plastering Applications – Made in Germany

The D5-2.5 Stator is the matching stator for the D5-2.5 Screw Pump / Rotor Stator Set and is designed for professional plastering applications.

Made in Germany, the stator has a diameter of 89 mm, a length of 270 mm, and a rubber hardness of 73 Shore.

Combined with the matching D5-2.5 Rotor, the pump delivers approximately 20 l/min at 400 RPM and 11 l/min at 200 RPM. It is suitable for compatible pumpable materials with a maximum grain size of 5 mm.

For optimum matching between both pump components, we recommend replacing rotor and stator together with the complete D5-2.5 Rotor Stator Set.

Matching D5-2.5 Rotor

The matching component for this stator is the D5-2.5 Rotor.

Rotor and stator work together to form the sealed pumping chambers of the progressive cavity pump. For best performance, we recommend replacing both wear components together with the complete D5-2.5 Rotor Stator Set.

This avoids combining a new stator with an already worn rotor.
