The D5-Long Stator is a premium-quality stator designed for use with the D5-Long progressive cavity pump (rotor stator pump). This is the long version of the D5 stator, featuring an extended length of 350 mm for specific pump configurations. Manufactured in Germany, it provides reliable conveying performance, stable pressure build-up, and long service life for demanding mortar, plaster, grout, and construction applications.
With a diameter of 89 mm and a length of 350 mm, the stator is designed for use with the matching D5-Long rotor. The 63 Shore rubber compound offers excellent sealing properties, high wear resistance, and dependable pumping performance when conveying abrasive materials with a maximum grain size of 4 mm.
At 400 / 200 RPM, the stator delivers an approximate flow rate of 42 / 21 l/min, making it ideal for precision pumping applications requiring consistent material flow.
For optimum pumping performance, pressure build-up, and maximum service life, we recommend replacing the rotor and stator together as a complete D5-Long Rotor Stator Set.
