The D5 Short Stator is a premium-quality stator designed for use with the D5 Short progressive cavity pump (rotor stator pump). Manufactured in Germany, it delivers reliable conveying performance, stable pressure build-up, and long service life for demanding mortar, plaster, grout, and fine material pumping applications.
With a diameter of 89 mm and a length of 270 mm, the stator is designed for use with the matching D5 Short rotor. The 73 Shore rubber compound provides excellent sealing characteristics, high wear resistance, and dependable pumping performance when conveying abrasive materials with a maximum grain size of 4 mm.
At 400 / 200 RPM, the stator delivers an approximate flow rate of 38 / 19 l/min, making it ideal for precision pumping applications where consistent material flow and reliable pressure are essential.
Manufactured to precise tolerances, the D5 Short stator ensures optimum sealing between the rotor and stator, resulting in efficient pressure generation, smooth material flow, and reduced wear throughout its service life.
