The R7-1.5 Stator, also known as R7-1,5, is a premium-quality stator designed for use with the R7-1.5 progressive cavity pump (rotor stator pump). Manufactured in Germany, it delivers reliable conveying performance, stable pressure build-up, and long service life for demanding mortar, screed, grout, concrete, and industrial pumping applications.
With a diameter of 114.3 mm and a length of 270 mm, the stator is designed for use with the matching R7-1.5 rotor. The 73 Shore rubber compound provides excellent sealing, reliable pumping performance, and high wear resistance when conveying abrasive materials with a maximum grain size of 7 mm.
At 400 / 200 RPM, the stator delivers an approximate flow rate of 60 / 30 l/min, making it ideal for a wide range of construction material pumping applications.
R7-1.5 Stator Versions
The standard R7-1.5 stator features external grooves, requiring an external clamp during operation.
The stator is also available in the following versions:
- Maintenance-free version (without grooves)
- Integrated clamp version
The standard stator is supplied in brown.
