The R8-3 Stator is a premium-quality stator designed for use with the R8-3 progressive cavity pump (rotor stator pump). Manufactured in Germany, it delivers reliable conveying performance, stable pressure build-up, and long service life for demanding mortar, concrete, screed, grout, and industrial pumping applications.
With a diameter of 114.5 mm and a length of 545 mm, the stator is designed for use with the matching R8-3 rotor. The 73 Shore rubber compound provides excellent sealing, high wear resistance, and dependable pumping performance when conveying abrasive materials with a maximum grain size of 8 mm.
At 400 / 200 RPM, the stator delivers an approximate flow rate of 80 / 40 l/min, making it suitable for a wide range of construction material pumping applications.
Manufactured to precise tolerances, the R8-3 stator ensures optimum sealing between the rotor and stator, providing efficient pressure generation, smooth material flow, and long service life under demanding operating conditions.
